Metro Boot Loader not Working

I want to dual boot Windows 10 and Kubuntu. I need to use Metro bootloader as I need to use a mouse to choose my os. How can I make this work? Can I set it up, where clicking a second option will then take me to Grub where Linux can boot?

Are you using a UEFI PC ?
If so what you want to do is not possible (see EasyBCD and UEFI)
If this is an old BIOS/MBR PC on which you've subsequently upgraded the OS to W10, then you can achieve your desired aim.
After adding a Linux entry to the W10 BCD (let EasyBCD find and configure Linux automatically)
then tick the "Use Metro" box
