Networking Troubleshooting?

I have a couple Windows 10 computers connected to the same LAN and filesharing on different folders.
My main PC where I am typing this message can only see one computer, my laptop.
When I access network from that laptop, I can see the laptop itself, my main PC, a secondary Windows 10 PC and 2 linux machines.
Both have the same share settings I'm fairly certain.
How do I troubleshoot seeing shared machines from my main PC so that it sees the same machines as the Laptop?
The Main PC has a networked drive which has remained stable, but I can't see that machine (a linux desktop) anymore -- but the networked drive is still functional
