Still have blue screen

Hi I recently removed win 10 completely. I nuked the HDD.

My problem now is easy essentials won't load and fix my PC.

The blue screen is the not enough memory ram disk issue.

Is it possible to bcdedit the boot loader of the windows iso disk ?

What else can I try
 
EasyRE can't reinstall a missing Windows OS. There's no legal way a 3rd party can supply proprietary MS software.
It's a Linux based OS with many tools for fixing a variety of hardware and boot issues which commonly break Windows, not a Windows installation DVD substitute.
