vista recovery disc torrent file

i downloaded the vista recovery disk and am using utorrent 1.8.2. It has been seeding for over 24 hours. I cannot burn with image burn, Is this normal or just taking a long time. I downloaded to desk top, then used utorrent, states downloaded but is seeding. uploaded is 572 mb. in status bar seeds 0 (269) and peers 2 (11) Can anyone help?
 
Hello paul, welcome to NST.
You need to let it finish the download before attempting to burn the .iso to a CD with ImgBurn. After that, it should work.
