Windows 10 and 4TB data disk partition

The problem we've got is a new windows 10 installation not seeing a 4TB "data" drive properly

The SSD boot drive is 1TB and its fine

But the 4TB "data" drive has one 2TB partition and another big space I can't format. Plus it has "System Reserved" (500mb) on it as well

Any tips or steps on how to resolve that? I was hoping Easy BCD might be able to fix it but I'm not sure how to do it...

Such a large disc needs to be initialized as GPT in order for Windows to see it. You can then divide into smaller partitions if you wish.
If you have data already on it back it up somewhere else before doing the above. It can only be used for data storage. That SystemReserved space sounds very much like your system recovery area but could be simply Windows backing up itself. You'll probably lose that too but that shouldn't be a worry..
