windows XP 7 dual boot problems....

i am having problems dual booting windows 7 & XP after using EasyBCD & VisualBCD; i can add windows xp to windows 7 boot store (both windows os are on 2 separate hard drives...fyi)with the aforementioned utilities,but when trying to boot into windows xp from windows 7 BCD store ...i get missing or corrupt ntoskrnl.exe errors!?!
how may i correct this non dual booting issue without having to reinstall windows 7 nor windows xp???

Delete the XP entry from the BCD and add it again.
Let EasyBCD autoconfigure and don't change what it sets up.
If you think it's got something wrong, it hasn't.
The BCD does not point to the XP location. It points to where the boot files must be, and the auto configure will make sure that all of the necessary files are copied there and all the necessary chaining is done properly.
