EasyRE on bootable USB fails

I paid for EasyRE, downloaded the ISO, used Easy USB Creator Lite to create a 16Gb bootable USB. The USB boots, displays pages of Linux stuff then stops at KBD enter panic and goes no further. Any suggestions? Also how can I download the ISO again after purchasing the software, in case the download was corrupted?

I paid for EasyRE, downloaded the ISO, used Easy USB Creator Lite to create a bootable USB. All precautionary BIOS steps taken. The USB boots, displays pages of stuff then stops at 'bound to IP address (not specified) - - renewal in 1800 seconds.' message and stops there. After 1800 seconds, nothing happens. Not sure what else to do.

I found a solution, remove all drives except the Windows drive, inexplicably the Linux boot fails if it can see more than the C drive! However now I got it to boot I get a bizarre message one EasyRE has started = "This version of Windows is too new"
