Hi everyone. I have 2 options in Boot manager to start up using windows 7 (good) and also XP startup (bad) I want to get rid of the XP startup option but cannot make it go away. It does not appear on "Edit Boot Menu" so I cannot disable it from there. Please help, please

Tools > Edit Legacy Entries

Delete any suspicous entries if a boot.ini appears. Otherwise go to Useful Utilities > Power Console and type bcdedit followed by enter. Post the details here.

Ok, the non working entry isn't showing. If it wasnt a problem boot.ini go to BCD Backup/Repair > Reset BCD Configuration > Perform Action.

When I press perform action it asks for an entry. What do I put there because when I tried to boot up there were no entries and I had to use my boot disk to get started again. Thanks
