Cant happen. EasyBCD is a graphical interface tool for Windows BCD. While it can boot GRUB and GRUB2 entries, it uses NeoGRUB for that, it is in no way a tool that can modify or work specifically with GRUB itself. If it was within a system that also contained Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8, then it might be possible. But if the system uses just Linux, then no. The member will have to modify GRUB themselves within one of the installs of Linux.
