Adding multiple Windows versions to boot menu

Hello,
I have Windows 7, 10, and 11 on my PC. I want to manage them using EasyBCD so I can choose which one to boot.
What is the easiest way to do this without losing data?
 
It is a 64Bit PC...? Which BIOS? How have you managed to get Win7, -10 and -11 on one machine...? I've tinkered for weeks to have at least a Win10(64) additionaly to Win11 (which is on a SSD) an a second HDD and wanted to select the OS with EasyBCD, but I failed by now... AFAIK there are limitations to use EasyBCD if there is a Win11 OS... Does sombody know more?
