administrator password

I bought my computer new as a floor model. They failed to format the drive when i bought it and now im stuck. It wont give me administrative access as i dont know the password. everything ive tried to do was blocked. Any help will be appreciated.

Watch carefully right when you turn on your PC - you should see an option to press F-something to reset your PC to factory settings.
 
The password if they had one will have come documented with your new computer unless you've bought it used. No ammount of recovery will reset the password if there's a default. You will need to use a Vista DVD or recovery disc from the OEM (not from this site) to do a format/reinstall of the OS.
