Any issues if EasyBCD is downloaded by Linux but installed onto Windows by Windows?

Here is my PC.
Desktop machine, Acer Aspire T3 715
CPU Intel Core i5-6400
RAM DDR4-SDRAM 16GB 2133MHzDDR4-SDRAM
GPU NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950
SSD C-drive 128GB running Windows 10 home 64b 22H2
HDD 1. D-drive, 3.5" SATA3 HDD 7200rpm 1.0TB
HDD 2. 2.5" SATA3 Seagate Momentus 5400rpm 120gb running Cinnamon 21.1

Windows is used only when I process my photographic RAW files. Linux Mint 22.1 Cinnamon is the the computer for everything else I do on a computer. Would it cause any issues if EasyBCD is downloaded by Cinnamon and store on a USB drive and then installed on to C: drive by and in Windows 10?

Yes, EasyBCD shall be installed onto my C: drive in Windows. Just wonder if EasyBCD ought to be downloaded by Windows if it is going to be installed onto Windows. Whether it shall have any issues later if it is downloaded by Linux Mint and installed onto Windows by Windows. Does EasyBCD have different versions for different OSes? And the proper version shall be downloaded according to the downloading PC.
