Any suggestions for High Bandwidth web hosting

First, I am searching for a host that bills monthly. I don't want to pay yearly and get stuck with a company. Stumbled on chime host - Unlimited Bandwidth Web Hosting, High Bandwidth Hosting, Inexpensive Web Hosting by Chime Host but I can't seem to find many sites reviewing them. I see hostgator on pretty much every review site i visit but they require advance payment for the low price. so what you guys think?

NeoSmart Technologies is hosted on Dedicated Servers by LunarPages, but they also have some really good shared plans.

None of the "5 dollar a month" plans will ever let you pay monthly - it's yearly service that makes it worth it for them.

If you find a good host, paying in advance for a full year at 60 bucks or so isn't really bad.

I really do recommend LP.
