anyway to start the TEST MODE in Windows which driver C: is not active partion?

my system is GPT and using chameleon to boot the windows and others. I fail to use bcdedit command to enable TEST MODE cause the active partion is not driver C:, I could use the easybcd to open specified path of BCD but no options for me to start TEST mode, neither bcdedit command could run in command line.
