Appearance change of the dual boot menu

Fantastic program that solved my problem. So it was so easy that I kept clicking and did something that caused the dual bost problem again. I ran the program again and got my dual boost back. The only problem is that the first time a type image appeared like my picture and now it appears with a bios type message, of bad appearance ( only letters). Although they do the same, I would like to have the appearance of my first attempt again, how do I do it?

I make (metro...) and same (because I have the boot... file in my win 7 disk), I need to change.
 
(the message in my sig was not aimed at you, just a general comment - In the past, people tried PMs for support instead of the forum. Doesn't happen a lot now but the historic message has been there for a decade or more)
