BCD 2.0 Doesn't Recognize Norton Ghost 15 Lights Out

I have gone thru the NG15 LO install twice and BCD doesn't pick up the entry. I uninstalled BCD ran NG15 LO again and it was there. Reinstalled BDC and then it sees the entry.
 
I'm not familiar with Norton Ghost Lights Out.

What does it do? Is it adding itself to the BCD, or to a pre-boot menu? What does EasyBCD show now?
