BCD Deployment not working

When I run EasyBCD 2.3.0.207 installed in Win7 to make a USB drive bootable with an ISO file that boots a Linix OS the USB boots up to a GRUB> cmd line.
If I burn the same ISO to a DVD it boots up just fine.
I have tried this with:
Gparted
MacriumRescue
PuppyLinix

I just downloaded
Easy Recovery Essentials
I created a bootable USB.
When I try to boot I get the grub>
cmd line.
It won't boot.
Do I need to put this in a different support forum for
Easy Recovery Essentials

Thanks,

I managed to boot into Win 10 without using Easy Recovery Essentials
I ran EasyBCD 2.3.0.207 to add Win 7 on the E: drive.
I do get a boot menu with Win 10 and Win 7
Win 10 boots fine now
When I boot into Win 7
I get:
A black screen saying:
Windows Failed to start
Status: 0xc000000f
it also has:
file: \Windows\system32\winload.efi

I thought EasyBCD was able to handle EFI fully.
According to this web page:
EasyBCD and UEFI
EasyBCD is 100% UEFI-ready

Thanks,
