I have my C drive and my D drive hard mounted along with two CD/DVD's. I also have a 4 drive dock station, which I want to use to access older windows operating systems. Is there a way by using Easy BCD to set the drives up, so when the selection on startup shows and I click on the windows version I want, it will automatically go to that drive.

I also want to know.
External drives carrying an OS use their own BCD or other types of boot depending on what they are.
As soon as they are unplugged they vanish from the main PC so can't be used in that system boot.
You can however only use a bootable system USB drive if you wish. CD/DVD drives cannot be used for this purpose..
Maybe you should look into installing Virtual Disk(s) ?
