Begging for help

Recently bought a HP Envy 14 for home use and it comes with pre-installed window7. I have not got a DVD drive and window recovery CD.

Here's my problem, It has a 500GB hard disk and I planned to split them into 2x partitions. So I Googled and followed these steps.

As far as I remember it was a success. But then the next day when I switch it back on I couldn't boot to Windows anymore. It says:
"Status: 0xc000000fc
Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible"

Step 1: insert Window Recovery disk ( which I do not have )
...

I panicked and found this . I installed BCD and bought SystemDisc and created a USB boot. I then able to go into Window REcovery Essentials by neosmart. I tried 'Automatic Repair and also un-partition the HDD..none work. Both failed..

I am running out of idea..
please help..desperately

I'm no expert but it sounds like it's about time to purchase a USB DVD unit and see if you can recover using the startup repair on the installation DVD.
If that doesn't work it will be time to format, partition and reinstall the operating system.
Keep us posted
