Blacnk XP screen

WIN 7 is default, XP second O/S on a separate hard drive. EasyBCD installed okay... i think. But during boot-up there is never a boot-up menu. Even when manually unplugging the WIN 7 drive, the XP drive (although booting) is not shown on the screen.... or any information at all.

I'm probably not the first with this........can you direct me to a fix?

Thanks much!

Bruce

Addendum:

BTW, I have not changed the boot order, although I did temporarily unplug each drive to force an XP boot. No dice. At this point I'm very afraid to make any changes since the WIN7 works fine.
However, I still need to boot XP (on the separate drive) one last time. Oh, please, just one last time!!

Let's go with THIS thread..... I also deleted a third thread on the same subject.

I merged them Peter, since he had amended this one, and kept the correctly spelled title.

Oops, I guess I caught them in-between so to speak. Unlocked again. Sorry. I forgot about the ability to merge threads with vBulletin.

Thank you, gentlemen. The matter was resolved with the following procedure:

1.) Disconnect the rarely used second TV monitor, hanging high overhead.
2.) Watch in amazement as Windows boot, as it had been doing all along.
3.) Select XP or WIN7.
4.) Pop the champagne.

A sparkling piece of software after all... How could I have ever doubted a Jedi Master?
