HIII there! So yes I joined this site looking for HELP as to the fact that I have practically NOOO computer knowledge! Sad I know.
But, I am really hoping I can get some help here. So here goes my question..
I have an Acer Aspire 5520. When I turn on my pc I get the Acer splash screen and then it just goes to a Windows Boot Manager screen. File: \Boot\BCD Status: 0xc00000e9 Info: An unexpected I/O error has occurred.
I can get to the PheonixBIOS Setup Utility screen by hitting F2 at the splash screen, BUT what to do once Im there?? I am clueless!!!
Please any help here would be greatly appreciated.
