Boot Menu Wont Show. Help!!!

I have installed Windows 7 on and OSX on another partition on the same drive. I have installed EasyBCD 2x latest and it wont show me the boot menu I created with my Windows 7 and OSX. It boots directy into Windows 7 without showing me any boot menu to select. I have done this plenty of times on my cpu. I Installed chameleon bootloader when I installed OSX, could that be the problem? How can I fix this?
 
Make sure the EasyBCD timeout is greater than 0 and that "skip the bootmenu" is not checked.
