boot up error

each time i boot up (windows vista buisness) i get the following error "User Name or Password is Incorrect", i press OK and logon ok .
can am
ny one suggest how i can retrieve further details as to what the sytem is saying and how to resolve it.

What programs are in your startup list? Anything you don't recognize?
