Bootcamp problem with W7

hello. i put windows xp sp2 on my macbook using bootcamp and then installed windows 7 but now everytime i turn it on to windows thes a white curser on the top left part of the screen, much like the curser you see on a command window. and it just blicks for two min. and then goes to windows 7 is there a way i could just like skip that part?
please help!
 
If you're using bootcamp, there shouldn't be any such cursor... But it does look like you have an intermediate bootloader between BootCamp and Bootmgr.

How did you select between Windows XP and Windows 7?
