booting issues on HP laptop running Windows 22h2

Trying to fix my wife's HP 15dy2132wm laptop She wanted me to do a system restore and I thought it was done and hit the power key to start it back up. THne I get a blue screen and endless loop saying it needs to be repaired.
I have tried using EaseUS Partition Master to repair the boot configuration, but no luck.
Her computer is new enough it has a GPT system. EUFI. I cloned my laptop (same make and model) system OS to a NVMe drive and am able to boot into her computer when I have it attached to the USB-C port. I see my Windows as C: with all it's software and I see her drive as drive D:
I was able to use the EaseUS Partition Commander (newest version) to clone her hard drive from a 500GB NMe to a 1TB NVMe in a NVMe enclosure.

I looked online and there was a free offer of NeoSmart Easy RE but when i go to download it, it says I need to pay $39.99 to download it

Is the free version not available anymore?

IF NeoSmart Easy RE would fix her booting issues I would gladly pay for it, but that would be the only reason for having the software. If it did not work to repair her booting issues, then the software would be worthless to me.

IS THERE A FREE DOWNLOAD VERSION of Easy RE available?

Thank you for reading my long post. If you need any more info, just let me know.

OK. Now a question for Ex_Brit If I buy the software at $39.99 and it does not work for me, can I get a refund?
The only purpose i would have with the software is to fix my wife's HP laptop so it can boot once again.

I have booted into her HP laptop via my system cloned to a NVMe enclosure. I can see both "MY" Windows 10 and then I can also see her Windows as well. Going into drive D: (her NVMe HDD internal on her laptop) I can see windows, Userfiles, and all the files still in user files.
All seems intact. I used a program I have called EaseUS Partition Manager Pro and have the latest update. Using that program I run BOOT REPAIR, and I choose her Windows drive for the repair. It runs and says successful, but when I try to boot with no external NVMe USB drive attached I get a blue screen error attached.

I have looked at her drive using my OS on a NVMe drive enclosure (booted using it) and used EaseUS Partition Manger to look at both her FAT32 hidden system as well as mine. I can choose explore and look at the files in each. They both contain the same information in the hidden 100 MB hidden partition volume.

I cloned her internal NVMe drive to a 1 TB bland NVMe drive in enclosure and it looks exactly like her now non-booting drive. Looking at it on my laptop (same model) using both Windows Explorer (My Computer - renamed was "This PC") and I look at her drive using my Partition Manager program and those hidden system files in the 100MB Hidden Volume look the same. But her cloned drive won't boot in my computer, only my OS (no attached USB) or my cloned System using USB NVMe enclosure will boot it. Just not hers.

So I will give the NeoSmart EasyRE and see if that will do the trick.
Thanks for listening and reading my issues.

If you cloned the system on an NVME Dr. why don’t you use partition manager to restore the clone to Your internal drive?

I have cloned 2 windows systems. Mine on my HP that boots fine either in my computer or in her HP latop
Second clone is "her" HP laptop internal NVMe drive to "another" enclosure. That one is a 1 TB NVMe drive that won't boot to either her HP laptop or my HP laptop.
I used my existing EaseUS Partition Manager Pro to try to fix the boot on the cloned NVMe (hers) drive and it does say successful but will not boot either my or her computer. The other NMVe drive (256 gb in enclosure) will boot either my HP or her HP. and it has all my program files on it, including the EaseUS Partition Master Pro program.

If I can boot into her computer, with my system OS on a NVMe drive, and I purchase the program EasyRE from NeoSoft, can I just copy the downloaded installation file to my NVMe drive and after booting up her computer, just use it there without having to create a bootable USB drive?
Just asking. Or, does the program work better installing on my HP laptop and then create a bootable USB drive from there and use that to boot into her computer to perform a repair?

Regarding her cloned drive to a NVMe enclosure. It is cloned, but it, too, does not boot. It has her info on there in ther Users folder and all the rest, but simply is a non booting drive in enclosure.

I downloaded the ISO file after paying $39.99
I used Easy USB creator - lite to export the ISO file to a USB drive and it boots. I notice that during boot it looks very similar to Unix or Linux software.

Tried to do a repair, and no luck. Now all it does is boot just into the HP logo and there it stays until I shut it off.
So, it DID NOT fix the problem I wanted to fix, which was the ability to boot her HP Laptop with the enclosed NVMe drive.

screen of the HP laptop after running EasyRE software to fix booting. This screen capture I did with my phone 20 minutes after powering on the HP laptop to boot up. Not good.
