BOOTMGR is missing

Im new to this forum and I hope someone can point me to a solution.

I had a dual boot setup with Windows 7 and Linux Backtrack5 r3 using the grub loader. I removed the partition with backtrack on and restarted from Winows 7, forgetting to restore the Windows loader. After being stuck with the grub recovery command line and no way of booting to Windows, I launch Windows RE and attempt everything on this page and I am still unable to boot to Windows:

The only thing that has changed is the grub loader appears to be gone and replaced with the "BOOTMGR is missing" message.

I have no idea what I am missing as I have fixed this problem before now and never had this issue, any help greatfully appreciated.
