Bug when installing Easy BCD 1.7.1

Hi
I have a new installation of Windows XP and i tried to install easy BCD 1.7.1 and it comes up with the following error

Setup failed to load the Windows runtime libary msvcr71.dll. Setup will function, but the visual style will not work. This is most likely caused by a fresh Windows Installation

Then i continue with the installation then when i try to run east bcd 1.7.1 it comes up with this error

The application failed to initalize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application

you need .NET 2.0 Installed which is not installed on a fresh install of XP. As noted on this page:

As for the first error - that's a DLL found on most systems out there. If you don't have it, you see a white background in EasyBCD setup - no more, no less.
