Cannot add new entry "iso file" - all areas are grey... HELP

Hello all,

I am trying to fix an error on my windows 7 laptop.

error 0xc000000f

So i got Easy BCD and got the .iso file, however after BCD deployment i cannot add a new entry (.iso file)...

what to do??
 
What .iso file ?
Are you referring to EasyRE ?
If so all support for that commercial product is via email to the address quoted when you downloaded it.
If you are having problems creating a bootable device using EasyBCD, try Neosmart's alternative free application, geared to that purpose alone, with no other function.
It's much easier to use.
