Can't Add XP EasyBCD 2.0.2.117

I have a Highpoint RocketRaid 1740 with three 500 Gig drives in a RAID 5 configuration and a 1 TB drive. The Highpoint has one partition with Windows 7 installed. The 1 TB drive has a 45 Gig Linux partition followed by a 4Gig swap partition a 20 Gig partition with XP installed and another 20 Gig partition where I plan to Install Windows 98. I have run chkdsk on the Windows XP partition with no errors. Ancronis OS selector now disabled detects the XP install, but not the Linux and it's slow to load, so prefer to get EASYBCD working. EasyCBD detects the Ubuntu Linux 10.10 desktop just fine when Grub2 is selected. I downloaded and copied the latest BootGrabber mentioned in another post to the bin directory, but this didn't help.
