Can't see Mac OSX drive...

Hi,

I've just attached a new PATA drive to my PC Intel system today, on which I've since installed Mac OSX. I also have a SATA drive on my system which is partitioned three ways:

1) Vista (for general use)
2) Vista (for music)
3) Windows XP

If I boot into any of these operating systems, I don't see the drive I've installed OSX on at all. It's there in Disk Management, but I can't read its data. Is that to be expected? I'm at a bit of a loss as to how I'm supposed to add this drive as a boot option if I can't access the data. I believe I'm supposed to copy the chain0 file, but if I can't get to it via Windows, how do I copy it?!
