chicken or the egg question

So I have a laptop with two hard drives. Drive one has windows 7, drive two has no OS and I intend to put windows 10 on it. My question is do I install windows 10 before installing easybcd or do I install easybcd and then windows 10. I suspect either way is fine.
Thanks.

Installing W10 should automatically dual-boot the existing W7.
EasyBCD won't be needed for other than cosmetic reasons ( e.g. changing boot menu system descriptions)

Thanks. So I've installed Easybcd and have not installed win 10 yet. If I decide I want to just use the windows boot menu do I just uninstall easybcd and then install windows 10 or do I need do do a restore bcd first and then install windows 10.
Thanks

EasyBCD's just an app.
Installing it does nothing (other than consume a little disk space)
It doesn't matter whether you have it installed or not.
It only alters the status of your boot files when you open it and tell it to change/add/delete something.
Just carry on with your W10 install, ignoring the fact that it's there at all.
