Clickfree Problem with Vista

I have tried to install two clickfree back ups to my PC in order to back up files. Both times I have run into a problem and am told that I don't have permission when I give a name and password. My PC has Windows Vista and I am thinking that might be part of the problem. I have tried different approaches and even gone to clickfree support online, but can't solve this. Any ideas out there?

Don't need cnet for download. Just check out dropbox.com for the latest version. Dropbox securely stores your files online and syncs them between all your machines. You can access your files from anywhere using a web browser or Dropbox smartphone app. You get 2GB free but can up it various ways to 8GB or you can choose the paid option for more storage.
