I downloaded the Easyre file and I tried to unzip the file and I just couldn't do it. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated since paid for the download. It will be a shame if can't use it.

Also, I previously purchased and downloaded a link to this app. I also purchased another one thinking that I was purchasing a different program. Can I get a refund for the second purchase of the same app? See the links below.
