Deleted The "Boot" Folder

I use System Commander to boot between three partitions.
Two of them, (XP and Vista) use Vista Boot Manager.

I stupidly deleted the Boot folder from the XP partition.

How can I, when booted into Vista, rebuild the Boot folder
on the XP partition (which I can see)?

I don't want to screw with the MBR 'cause that will cause
System Commander to break.

Copy the boot folder from the Vista DVD - thta should do the trick
