Deleting one vista out of two

Hello
I have made a great mistake
Now I have two vista on two different HD
With a choise boot
I think that the wrong vista controls the boot
I want to format the hd with the wrong vista
I use easybcd 1.7
Must I only delete the long vista entry?
I am affread . I am not sure that after the deleting the right vista will boot
Can you help me

OK, it's not going to be easy because partition D: has the bootloader information on it.

You need to get something like GParted, and boot from it.

Use GParted to delete the Vista partition.

Boot from the Vista DVD, choose repair options then startup repair.

That'll fix partition C: and you should be then able to boot into Vista just fine.
