Dolphin Rescues 2 Stranded Sperm Whales

Well they did try to warn Earth about the Vogons and lead us to safety too !
It's just their warm disposition.
 
wow that's amazing i didn't realize that cats could cause such problems but hey cats have a bounty on there heads George bush doesn't that even though he has an arrest warrant out for him (which one is a bigger threat?)

Another Douglas Adams reference.

I remember a dolphin story where the tallest man in the world saved a dolphin by sticking his hand down its throat!
But dolphins have always been the smartest creatures in my opinion (them and orca whales)
 
The problem wasn't that the mechanical arms weren't long enough, it's that they weren't as precise/strong as a human's hand; nor did they have the "intelligence" it takes to figure out how to "unjam" something that's lodged into a stomach.
 
this is kind of off topic but i heard somewhere that you should never put anything on your wound that you wouldn't put in your eye (that includes alcohol cleansing pads) and i personally wouldn't like a 7 foot arm in my eye
p.s. the recommended solvent is saline water
