Double POST - One beep each time

XP not booting, runs a double POST script. evry time give 1 short beep..
do I need to Flash my Bios ????

It sounds like your motherboard/BIOS has been damaged - this has nothing to do with XP.

Check your hardware (memory, VGA, PSU).
