Download link for EasyBCD 2.3 not valid

I have requested download link for EasyBCD community edition.
What arrived was a 1.9 MB file with a filename of EasyBCD 2.3[1]
Same thing happened when I clicked on the download link in the e-mail I received after requesting the download.
This file I received looks nothing like a download link, and with a file extension of ".3[1]" there is little wonder that my windows PC has no idea of what to do with it.
Am I missing the absolute obvious, or is the site downloading the wrong file when I request a download link for EasyBCD?

Can you try again? There may have been an update that affected the filenames for older versions of Internet Explorer that has been rolled back.

***UPDATE ***
I have tried again using the same method, and this time I received a file EaysBCD 2.3.exe (1877 KB)
With a different filename extension, this looks far more like an executable file, and I should be able to run it this time.
I did have to do anything differently to achieve this different and more promising result.
Thanks for your prompt response, and thank you for whatever you did to resolve my problem.
I am using Internet Explorer 11 on a completely up to date version of Windows 7 Pro.

Of course, it was EasyBCD , not EaysBCD that my clumsy fingers said in my previous post ...
