Well, I was working on my laptop (Toshiba Satellite) and it locked up, so I tried rebooting it. When it started to boot up, a black windows error recovery screen popped up with the message "Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause." However, I haven't done any recent changes to my laptop. It gave me the options to launch startup repair or start windows normally. I tried booting from CD using the neosmart recovery download and it still won't work. Now I'm getting a 0xc000000f error. I've been working at this for several hours and I'm at my limit of knowledge, please help!
