DUAL BBOT WITH 2 HDD

I have 2 HDD.
Each has one windows 8.1

Drive 1 - pre-install Windows 8.1 and other partitions such as recovery, system etc.

Drive 0 - was empty - I installed another copy of windows 8.1

Easy BCD is installed on Drive 1 (which contains pre-installed windows 8.1)

For Easy BCD I assigned drive letters as appears in Windows explorer.

I can NOT boot to windows on Drive 0 (os that I installed) using easyBCD menu at boot time. However, I can boot to this windows by going to bios.

Any suggestions?
