Dual-boot ESXi and Server 2008

I've been having issues getting my bootloader to work, and wondering if anyone has any advice. I have a Server 2008 R2 install on my first drive and ESXi on a second; I've tried entering LILO and GRUB entries to my bootloader to call up ESX, but with no luck. I noticed ESX makes 4 partitions on the second drive, but I'm not sure which drive to point the bootloader at (and honestly, which protocol to use, and/or what arguments to put in). Anyone have any advice or can point me in the right direction? Trying each different entry and rebooting the box is getting a bit tiresome...

You should ask at the VMware forums for the correct GRUB parameters. I know that ESXi does support GRUB, and have personally set up a dual-boot between 2003 and ESXi, but that was a long time ago!
