Dual Boot VISTA & UBUNTU (remove ubuntu)

I have a VISTA box which has had UBUNTU added (not using WUBI).

EASYBcd shows just VISTA and everything seems correct. It looks like I only need to "Write MBR".

Am I correct ? If not please provide guidance.

You overwrote the VIsta boot with grub ?
Now you want Vista back in control ?
If so, then Yes, you're correct.
"Install Vista/7 boot loader" > write MBR
will do what you want.
