Dual Boot Win 8.1 on Two Separate HDD - Hiding Primary OS HD?

With EasyBCD installed, I obviously have to set my secondary OS as an accessible hard drive on my Primary OS. However, I do not want that. I do not want files being accessible from either of the OS for security reasons.

Example: If there is a virus on my secondary OS hard drive, how can I avoid those files or the virus itself accessing my primary OS'S HDD?

The BCD doesn't contain drive letters. (Those you appear to see are just EasyBCD translating the indecipherable UID into something you can recognize).
The translation process works both ways. That's why you need to provide a letter so you can point EasyBCD to the right place.
Once you've created the entry though, you can remove the disk letter with Disk Management and the bootmgr will continue quite happily.
