Hi. my user name is Gaz, just joined this forum. hope you guys are all good. I have a question. I use Windows 11 as my main operating system, (located on C Drive) I have 3 M2 SSD Drives and would like to use my D: Drive as a separate Windows 10 system drive. is it a straightforward install using EASYBCD software from my D Drive using a Win10 .iso file. just asking before I go ahead and do something I might regret later. Thanks for any assistance. stay safe all. regards Gaz

If you're installing it from scratch everything should work automatically from the MS setup without needing to use EasyBCD, though you might want to use it subsequently to tidy up the naming of your boot menu entries.
Be careful you don't accidentally overwrite your W11 with W10. Remember that disk letters are virtual labels held in the mind (the registry) of the running OS, not physically attached in any way to the drive itself, so what your W11 system sees as "D" will most likely not be seen as that by the setup program of the W10 iso.
Best practice is to make sure your "D" drive is formatted with the "label" field specified as something unambiguous that you will recognize as the desired destination for your W10 system once the iso file is booted for installation.
