dual boot, window 7 starter and ubuntu

someone recommended me to use easy BCD.

I use HP mini, and window 7 starter is installed on it from factory.

I like to install ubuntu, and dual boot with exsisting OS,
and downloaded easy BCD on hard drive.
will u show me how to install ubuntu?
