Dual booting - option menu and main drive have disappeared!

Hi
I have a Lenovo Yoga Laptop with two hard drives - windows 10 home and pro installed. EasyBCD installed in both and I used to get an option menu when I powered up to open either of the hard drives -one for office work and the other for home.
I upgraded one of the drives windows 10 Pro) and now when I power up, it just boots into the Pro drive. When I log into the drive and open the easyBCD, I cannot see the option of adding another drive (the drive with the Home edition is not seen by BCD).
However if I remove the upgraded drive physically and then power up, it still gives me the option menu (asking me which drive I'd like to open -Home or Pro, although the Pro drive is removed) and I can open the Home drive comfortably.
What have I done which has screwed it up?
What I really want is the option of individually booting either of the drives with its own boot files with the option menu when I power up to help me choose.

Can someone help me please ? Megan
