Easere stops trying to validate internet

Don’t know why there is a hard stop trying to test for internet.
The laptop is not bootable. It therefore can’t have access to internet
I bought your product to fix this.

Is there a way to reset this error. Where will Easyre write error log.
 
EasyRE does not use the internet for anything nor does it try to establish an internet connection. Could you clarify your problem further?
 
I saw an issue where the boot process would get stuck trying to load network drivers and get an IP configuration. I tried again with my network cable unplugged and it got past that issue.
