Easy BCD no effect

Hi I installed Vista on D drive partition 1 so to say. And then i installed XP on C drive partition 1. I used Easy bcd and got the dual boot working. Then 1 day during power up xp loaded with no bootloader or selection of vista.
I tried easy bcd again 2 times and i never get a bootloader screen anymore just right into XP. Any ideas to get my dual boot option back?

Check that your BIOS is still booting first from the disk where your Vista bootmgr was, and hasn't got changed to the other HDD. (have you recently unplugged your HDDs and possibly put them back on different channels ?)
