I purchased Easy Recovery Essentials to help address my inaccessible drive issue when I try to boot my Dell desktop that has Windows version 11 25H2. When I run the recovery program, it says it detects Windows 10, not Windows 11. The desktop originally came with Windows 10 but was upgraded when Win 11 came out. What would cause this? Is it pulling data from the recovery partition? Can I get the program to identify my correct version of Windows? Any help would be appreciated.
