I don't mind paying $20 for the utility, but I resent paying the money and getting nothing but frustration.

I have sent a couple emails but have received nothing. (Yes, I checked my spam folder)

What is the next step?

For non-commercial use the utility is free according to it's web page.
If you've used their email with no response then I will alert the owner by direct email.
